RuPaul’s Drag Race made a big announcement on Thursday, as the cast of All Stars Season 8 was officially revealed. Twelve Queens from past seasons will be competing for the title in the new competition, which premieres May 12.

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 8 Cast Revealed

On Thursday, RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars announced the cast for Season 8 in a video on the show’s official YouTube. The 12 Queens competing on the show arrived in the Werk Room one by one. All of the Queens competing this season are from the U.S. Drag Race, except for one.

This season’s All Stars cast features Alexis Michelle from Season 9, Darienne Lake from Season 6, Heidi N Closet from Season 12, Jaymes Mansfield from Season 9, Jessica Wild from Season 2, Jimbo from Canada’s Drag Race Season 1, Kahanna Montrese from Season 11, Kandy Muse from Season 13, LaLa Ri from Season 13, Monica Beverly Hillz from Season 5, Mrs. Kasha Davis from Season 7, and Naysha Lopez from Season 8.

Drag Race Season 15 just ended last week, with Sasha Colby being crowned the winner. Now fans have a whole new competition to look forward to in less than a month. Season 8 of All Stars will premiere May 12 on Paramount+.

What Have the Queens Been Up to Since Their Original Seasons?

During the cast reveal video, some of the returning Queens shared what they’ve been up to since their original seasons on the show. For example, Monica Beverly Hillz shared that she performed with Miley Cyrus at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Naysha Lopez had several impressive accomplishments, including performing at halftime during a Chicago Bulls game, throwing the first pitch at a Chicago White Sox game, and working with Jennifer Lopez.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Kasha Davis shared that she’s eight years sober, adding, “I am very proud to talk about it, because maybe somebody watching could see, ‘You know what, I can do that too, and still be fabulous.'”
